Principal Product Manager
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a bold product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and the needs of large, global enterprise customers.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and customer validation, through development and delivery, to scaling globally with millions of users and significant revenue impact.
- Enterprise Customer Focus: Engage deeply with global enterprise customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our products solve real problems at scale and deliver measurable value.
- Revenue Growth & Metrics: Drive the product's commercial success, including revenue growth, user adoption, and overall profitability. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and track key performance metrics.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and features. Drive a results-oriented, high-performance culture that can execute with precision.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that messaging, positioning, and pricing resonate with global enterprise customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that customer feedback drives product decisions. Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their evolving needs and align product strategy accordingly.
- Scalability & Innovation: Ensure products are built for scale, performance, and long-term sustainability. Leverage innovative technologies and approaches to continuously improve product offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Scaling Product: You have managed at least one product from pilot to global scale that generates millions in revenue.
- Experience with Large Global Enterprises: Extensive product management experience, specifically with SaaS products for large, global enterprise customers. Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a must.
- Proven Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and focus.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep experience in understanding the needs of large enterprise customers and translating these needs into innovative product solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze key metrics to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable in technical discussions with engineering teams and understand the complexities of SaaS product development.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives and global customers.
