YOUR TASKS:

Kepler’s Corporate Access team is seeking tech-savvy young professionals with entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several capital markets business lines.

During your internship you will work with the team in charge of organising all client events. Your tasks will involve the following responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate Access team in the preparation and management of in-person and virtual events for clients, such as roadshows, conferences and webinars.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ahead of events: e-mailing campaigns and clients’ registrations monitoring.

• During virtual events: live monitoring and technical troubleshooting.

• After events: data analytics.

• Coordinate Analyst Marketing and Public Relations events including logistics planning, coordination with sales and research teams, and meeting confirmations.

• Support the Corporate Access team in the production of marketing presentations.

• Help introduce online marketing techniques and innovative tools.
  

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• You must be based in London and allowed to work in the UK.

• You are either a student with at least 2-3 years of post-secondary education or a young professional looking for a first job.

• You have excellent writing and communication skills.

• You have skills in web/digital marketing and events management.

• You have a strong interest in new technologies. An interest in financial markets is a plus.

• Creativity and knowledge of web design are a plus.

• You have a good command of Powerpoint and Excel.

• You are meticulous, organised, punctual and proactive.

• You have a strong team spirit.

• You can also work independently and take initiatives.

• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
