  • progression.

  • Develop clear and consistent salary bands, linked to appropriate benchmarking and levelling.

  • Work with the Head of People and Finance on headcount, staff costs and reward planning.

  • Systems, Data & Process

  • Develop HiBob as our core People platform, improving the quality, accessibility and use of our

People data.

  • Improve how our systems and processes connect from hiring and onboarding through to payroll.

  • Lead key systems projects, including HiBob and ADP integration, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and cost.

  • Give leadership clear, reliable access to the People information needed to make better decisions.

Development & Capability

  • Review our current learning and development approach and help identify priorities for the future.

  • Work with the Head of People to develop practical training and support for managers and leaders.

  • Help build the structures and capability that allow us to develop more of our talent from within.
