Restaurant Management and Operations - Manager

Key Details:

• Pay: £17+ per hour + bonus scheme
• Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Contract: Full-time
• Location: London South East
• Start Date: As soon as possible

The Work:

• Act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones
• Manage cash handling and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Direct and train crewmembers, utilising reward and recognition programmes
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain the restaurant's cleanliness
• Complete shift management meetings, execute operations and safety standards
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities
• Recognise problems, set goals, and execute plans to solve them

What You Need:

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Must be 18 years of age or older, GCSEs or equivalent preferred
• Ability to complete all required company training programs

Desirable

• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Familiarity with Raising Cane’s brand and culture
