Are you an experienced Solution Architect with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK pet insurance and healthcare organisation embarking on a major technology transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future architecture, define migration strategies, and influence the roadmap for a complex enterprise environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Assess the current application landscape and identify opportunities for transformation.
- Design target-state architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Define migration approaches, including upgrades, replatforming and modernisation.
- Align application, data and integration architecture across the organisation.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and constraints.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to shape future-state solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture across Java, .NET, Legacy systems and microservices.
- Expertise in integration patterns, APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of data architecture and cloud migration principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Desirable:
- Experience with AI-led discovery platforms.
- Salesforce or CRM ecosystem experience.
- Multi-country transformation programme experience.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
