You will benefit from working closely with the partners but also have autonomy with your own files. The work is often interesting, complex and high value. Typical matters will range from psychiatric, to catastrophic and fatal cases.
You:
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be:
- Have recent and relevant experience dealing with Clinical Negligence cases
- Be familiar with the complex and often in-depth procedures necessary with this area of law
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
As a guide we are inviting applications from those with a minimum of 1 year of PQE, though more qualified candidates should also apply.
