The SEO Content Specialist will create high-impact, keyword-driven content that increases organic visibility, serves trader intent, and positions Prop Firm Match Global FZCO as the industry’s most trusted information source. From market updates to firm reviews and trader education, your writing will be essential to scaling both reach and relevance.

Requirements

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬

1. Publish 2–3 SEO-optimized content pieces weekly (within 30 days)

▸ Write high-quality, keyword-rich blog posts, firm summaries, or landing pages tailored to trading audiences

▸ Ensure all content meets our voice, formatting, and SEO guidelines

▸ Collaborate with the Head of SEO to align writing with search intent and user journey.

2. Build and maintain a content pipeline (ongoing)

▸ Conduct keyword and competitor research using tools like Ahrefs or Semrush

▸ Propose article ideas and maintain a backlog of content mapped to growth priorities

▸ Regularly update a shared content calendar in sync with SEO and product teams.

3. Optimize and improve existing content (by month 2–3)

▸ Audit legacy content for performance issues, content decay, and missed keyword opportunities

▸ Refresh or rewrite underperforming posts to improve rankings and engagement

▸ Add internal links, update metadata, and align with technical SEO recommendations.

4. Contribute to performance reviews and strategy cycles (by quarter 1)

▸ Track content KPIs (organic traffic, CTR, bounce rate, keyword rankings) and report on progress

▸ Identify opportunities to increase content value based on data and user feedback

▸ Join quarterly content planning discussions to align work with company OKRs.

▸ 2-4 years of experience writing SEO-driven content, ideally in finance, fintech, or CaaS

▸ Strong grasp of on-page SEO principles, keyword research, and SERP strategy

▸ Clear, concise, and user-focused writing style

▸ Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console

▸ Proactive communicator with comfort working async in remote teams

▸ Excitement about the prop trading space — prior exposure is a plus.

▸ Active contribution to content planning, performance reviews, and strategy syncs

3. Task: You’ll complete a short writing task that not only lets us see how you approach SEO content, but also gives you a feel for the kind of topics and tone you’d be working with here.
4. Interview with Management: A conversation with the leadership team to discuss long-term alignment, content strategy, and collaboration dynamics.
5. Offer Stage: If it’s a match, we’ll begin with an informal offer conversation, followed by a formal written offer.
