A well-established family-owned Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint a Building Services Manager (mechanically biased) to support the delivery of multiple projects across London.

- Work across a mix of sectors including residential, education, commercial and public sector projects
About You
- Background in Building Services / MEP delivery with a mechanical bias preferred
- Able to understand and coordinate both mechanical and electrical services
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable reviewing designs and providing technical guidance to site teams
- Stable career history – this client values longevity and continuity in roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
What’s on Offer

- Long-term career stability with a family-owned contractor known for staff retention and internal progression
