Temporary Office Coordinator - Luxury Brand

Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: 1st December 2025 Duration: ongoing Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 - fully office based Monday - Friday - no hybrid working Pay: £14.47 p/h What You'll Do:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day office activities with a cheerful disposition.
Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
Maintaining office supplies and inventory, so our team is always well-equipped.
Assisting in the on boarding of new staff members, creating a welcoming environment.
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, showcasing our friendly culture.
Collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow. What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
