- Strong understanding of stock, inventory management, gross margin and working capital dynamics.
- Experience working within a high–growth, entrepreneurial or private equity–backed environment would be advantageous.
- Hands–on and detail–oriented, whilst retaining a commercial perspective.
- Comfortable working across multiple international entities and jurisdictions.
- Capable of operating autonomously and building structure within a growing business.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and investors.
- Strategic thinker who can translate financial information into commercial insight.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high–growth fashion business at a pivotal stage in its development. The role offers significant exposure to the CEO and investors, providing the successful candidate with the chance to make a genuine impact on the company's growth trajectory while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote, part–time position.
