French speaking Sales, MICE & Events Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop a team of 8 sales professionals across trade and MICE channels.
- Drive revenue and market growth through indirect sales (travel agencies, consortia, OTAs) and M&E partners.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and performance objectives.
- Build strong long-term relationships with trade and MICE partners, negotiating commercials and ensuring profitable agreements.
- Oversee MICE sales and event production, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve business goals.
About you:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade/MICE sales, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of e-distribution channels, OTAs, and digital integration tools.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.

- £76,000 base salary + 20% bonus performance based
