This mid tier firm has always had a very strong personal tax team and over recent years this has continued to go from strength to strength. The range of clients is incredibly diverse which provides plenty of scope both for practical experience to get your CTA exams under your belt, or to develop your skills for promotion.
They are looking for a tax senior who enjoys running a portfolio and dealing with a combination of compliance work and ad hoc advisory including writing reports and technical notes for directors and partners. The firm encourages client contact and you will be involved wherever possible in client meetings.
The firm is very team based and encourages supportive behaviour across the board. Promotion is entirely based on merit, and as the firm is continuing to see strong growth, there is plenty of opportunity for progression. They are open and welcoming at all levels, and operate a very forward thinking flexible working policy which was in place well before the pandemic.
