Operations Manager
Salary: c.£45,000
Location: London (Shoreditch) | Office days: Tue–Thu (hybrid) | Contract: Full-time, permanent

The role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager with a strong supply chain focus to help power the next stage of growth. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end operational delivery - keeping product flowing, service levels high, costs controlled, and reporting sharp - so the commercial team can scale with confidence.
Key responsibilities
Own inventory and supply planning across multiple sales channels and markets including our direct to consumer shopify site, Amazon and wholesale partners.
Manage 3PL providers fulfilment performance and improve service levels / delivery experience
Drive cost efficiencies across freight, packaging and logistics
Oversee quality and compliance , including product standards and import/export basics (e.g., tariff codes)
Build and maintain weekly operational reporting (availability, inbound/outbound, inventory health, risks)
Partner with Marketing/Commercial/Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning
Help refine operational processes and build scalable ways of working
Join a weekly customer service rotation to stay close to customer experience and pain points
What we’re looking for
Demonstrable experience in operations / supply chain / commercial ops (eCommerce ideal)
Confident with Excel and numbers , able to translate data into actions and priorities
Commercially astute with a growth mindset
Experience managing external partners (3PLs, suppliers) and keeping projects moving
Practical, proactive, and improvement-driven, someone who spots issues early and fixes root causes
Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment (hands-on, sleeves rolled up)
