Client Accounts Accountant

The role will involve:

  • Managing all incoming invoices ready for payments
  • Recording and reconciling all daily incoming rent receipts
  • Issuing Landlord statements on a timely manner
  • Use of Property management software (training will be given)
  • Dealing with any discrepancies
  • Bank accounts reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal team members

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone with a good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages, capable of working on your own initiative and under pressure. You will need to be much organised with a high level of accuracy and keen eye for details. You will have all round administration skills and be happy to work as part of a small team. 2+ years of similar experience is preferable but not essential.
