SMCR Consultant - Interim/Contract - Capital Markets
- Develop and enhance SMCR frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of SMCR policies.
- Deliver training and guidance on SMCR-related topics to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on SMCR compliance status and address any identified issues.
- Liaise with regulators and provide necessary information during audits or reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
