Brand Partnership Assistant - Wasted Talent

As a Brand Partnership Assistant, you will be a key member of the Commercial team, working closely with the Brand Partnership Manager to ensure operational efficiency in closing commercial deals. This is an entry level position and an opportunity to join Wasted Talent at a time of growth and evolution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly sales meetings to be actively engaged with Commercial team’s strategy of identifying and securing partnerships that are significant in revenue terms, scalable in long term potential and strategic in supporting Wasted Talent’s wider business objectives
- Be trained to learn about our commercial offerings (including print, media, co-branded, white label and strategy and insights) as well as how to strategically identify relevant contacts
- Research and identify new contacts
- Help maintain the CRM database (Monday.com) with up-to-date contacts and leads
- Deliver exceptional communications for clients — fast responses, organised and consultative
- Support pitch process, working cross functionally with Editorial and Studio
- Stay abreast of media industry developments, keeping Commercial and Studio teams informed of findings
- Project management on Kerrang! and Mixmag: oversee the campaign rollout calendar and coordinate the collection of assets across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless client communication and upholding high standards throughout the process
- Duties are indicative but not exhaustive; the role may change in response to the evolving needs of the business
