Chef de Partie - Conrad London St. James
- Salary up to £38,500 (Basic salary:£16.60/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £4,500 - £5,000). Based on a 39 hours contract

- Prepare and present high quality food
- Supervise staff
- Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
- Ability and desire to motivating Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work on own or in teams
