We're looking for a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at 55 Ludgate Hill, a landmark office building in the heart of the City. This is an opportunity for a personable, energetic, and customer-focused individual who thrives on creating memorable experiences and building genuine relationships with occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders.

Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the face of the building, delivering a five-star hospitality experience for occupiers, guests, agents, and visitors. Working closely with the Property Management team, you'll help foster a welcoming community, support events and engagement initiatives, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

This role would suit someone from a hospitality, hotel, serviced office, aviation, events, retail, or customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and memorable customer experience at every interaction.
• Act as an ambassador for 55 Ludgate Hill and the Colliers Beyond brand.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, visitors, agents, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and manage the property's visitor management systems.
• Support occupier engagement initiatives, community events, and social value programmes.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital screen communications.
• Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective occupiers, showcasing the building and its amenities.
• Arrange occupier services including restaurant bookings, transport, local recommendations, and event support.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Ensure all reception and customer-facing areas remain immaculate at all times.
• Monitor and report building issues, liaising with Facilities Management and service partners.
• Maintain accurate records and databases while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support health and safety procedures and uphold all company policies and standards.

• Experience within hospitality, hotels, airlines, events, customer service, retail, concierge, serviced offices, or premium front-of-house environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A desire to continuously improve and elevate the customer experience.
