A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Maintenance Multi Trader to join an award-winning specialist provider of commercial Facilities Maintenance Services to carry out reactive maintenance works for commercial clients such as pubs, restaurants, shops, across Surrey and London.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TRADES PERSON

LOCATION:You may be searching for Property Maintenance Multi skilled Trades jobs in Surrey/ London. You may live in Woking, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Sutton, Epsom, London, Surrey and be happy to travel.

SALARY: Competitive salary plus company van, expenses, benefits, pension.

HOURS: 45-hour week. Monday- Friday.

As a Multi Skilled Trades Person, you will be on hand to support a wide range of commercial Property Reactive engineers that need your Trade skills and friendly approach to delivering excellent customer service to clients.

Day-to-day ad hoc Building works may include:

• General carpentry.
• Plaster boarding / patch repairs.
• Flooring repairs.
• Installing doors & frames.
• Basic plumbing repairs.
• Lock replacements.
• Painting & decorating.

You will be an experienced multi-Trader with the ability to use your initiative to complete general property maintenance duties as required as well as good communication skills to carry out the works for the client. No day is ever the same!
