We are currently seeking a Ventilation Supervisor to join our dedicated team, covering the London area. If you enjoy working across various sites and providing excellent customer service and leadership skills in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

Responsibilities Include:

• Surveying of properties, and completion of reports.
• Liaise with clients.
• Ventilation cleaning.
• Identify remedial work that needs to be completed.
• Complete reporting via VentCheck.
• Liaise with subcontractors on site, highlighting potential remedial works.
• Complete accurate timesheets breaking down working hours and submit for review to the senior contract manager for review and approval.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor working in ventilation cleaning.
• Be able to pass BPSS high security clearance vetting
• This role involved cleaning kitchen extract systems meaning it is a very filthy and dirty job.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years
