HR Advisor - Events
IMG Events, a subsidiary of Endeavor, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join its team at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on a fixed term basis. As a global leader in sports, fashion, events and media, IMG manages some of the world's greatest athletes and fashion icons and owns and operates hundreds of live events annually. The company specializes in licensing, sports training and league development, and media production and distribution. IMG operates some of the most popular events in the UK, including Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Taste of London, Hampton Court Palace Festival, The Big Feastival, Glide, and Lift 109 at Battersea Power Station. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced team providing HR support to a contingent workforce of 800+. This is a fixed term contract from 12th November 2025 to 2nd January, 2025 and you will be based on-site in Hyde Park for the duration.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of HR management for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and induction
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention during the event
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably within the events or entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes
- HR professional qualification, e.g., CIPD, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using HR systems and software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Right to work in the UK.
