Employer Brand & Attraction Partner
- Employer Brand Strategy - Develop and implement a compelling employer brand strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensuring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is represented across all candidate touchpoints.
- Talent Attraction & Media Buying - Plan and execute media buying for job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure they are cost-effectiveness and ROI. Recommend budget allocation based on data-driven insights.
- Content Creation & Digital Presence - Create engaging content for careers pages, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Manage employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- Data & Market Insights - Track and report on key metrics such as source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with HR, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment. Provide guidance to hiring managers and recruiters on employer brand best practices.
