Investor Relations Executive
The duties of the Investor Relations Executive include:
- Responding promptly and accurately to investor and adviser queries via email and telephone.
- Managing administrative processes such as transfers, exits, and investor portal tasks.
- Preparing and distributing reports, valuations, factsheets, and dividend announcements.
- Supporting the retail sales team and attending client meetings to provide fund updates.
- Acting as a product champion, organising investor events, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
