Team Leader – Three Tuns Pub, Aldgate

£13 per hour | Full-Time | 30–40 hours/week | Every Sunday Off | 2 Full Weekends Off per Month

We’re on the lookout for a Team Leader who’s passionate about supporting and inspiring others to deliver exceptional service in one of London’s most historic and characterful pubs.

• Leading from the front – coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to shine.
• Supporting management – helping deliver our shared vision and keeping operations smooth.
• Maintaining standards – ensuring compliance and quality across the board.
• Creating atmosphere – making every guest feel welcome, whether it’s a quiet pint or a lively match day.

Located on Jewry Street , this quirky yet traditional pub has stood proudly since the 1700s. With a heated rear terrace , a ‘secret’ rooftop garden , and a function room with its own bar , it’s a hidden gem in the heart of the City.
