Quant Capital is urgently looking for a QA Engineer to join our high profile client.

They have recently raised (PE and Bank) £50 million and are set for another £100 million raise in February. They are acquiring users at 50,000 per month and the boards aim is for a £2billion valuation by July 2022.

Day to Day The QA Engineer will:

• Test within Agile scrum/kanban teams
• Plan and execute testing around the product stories and bugs
• Participate in sprint standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain QA documentation: test plan, test scenarios, checklists
• Work with Product and Support to determine the required level of quality for each product (reliability, usability, performance)
• Measure and record the quality so that we know when features are ready to be deployed to customers
• Define and carry out a regression testing strategy
• Strive for automated testing while understanding when manual testing makes more sense
• Work with support investigating quality related customer complaints
• Work with product to ensure product requirements cover quality

This is a greenfield project working in conjunction with another team building a mobile application.

The QA Engineer Must have:

• At least 2 years of software testing
• Selenium
• Java
• You are organized, pay attention to detail, and a great communicator
• Quality inspection and testing experience
• Quality planning, execution, and recording experience
• Regression testing planning and execution
• Strong mobile and desktop user skills
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Know when to use different QA techniques

My client is based in Central London, this role is hybrid 1 day a week in the office, potentially 4 per month in bulk.
