Building Safety Project Manager (Resident Engagement)

Salary: £310.39 per day
To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
• To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
• Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.
• Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.
• Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.
• Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.
• A key member of the Building Safety Team.
KNOWLEDGE:
Essential – Knowledge and experience of building construction methods and materials
Essential – A demonstrable understanding of building regulations and the requirements
of the Building Safety legislation
Essential – A clear understanding of the requirements of the Building Safety Bill and other emerging requirements, regulations and guidance.
Essential – Knowledge of the requirements for good building safety management and processes.
Essential – Good stakeholder engagement knowledge and experience.
Essential – excellent project management knowledge and experience
