Location: London - hybrid

Purpose:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the development of mobile and web applications. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services using GraphQL, C#, Kubernetes, and Azure, while also integrating with Dynamics 365.

You will work closely with frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams to develop and maintain a robust platform that powers seamless digital experiences.

Job Role Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GraphQL and C#.
• Build scalable and efficient APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Integrate and manage data flow between systems, including Dynamics 365.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD, cloud security, and API management.
• Document solutions, workflows, and architecture decisions.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in backend development using C# and .NET.
• Experience working with GraphQL for efficient data querying.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployments.
• Azure cloud expertise, including app services, networking, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
