Receptionist
Well regarded and reputable UK law firm is seeking a new Receptionist to join their London office team on a permanent basis. This will be a fantastic opportunity for Reception staff to help set up a new in-house Reception team for the firm.
- Salary to £35,000
- Office based 5 days a week
- 35 hour weekly rotating shifts between hours of 7.45am – 7pm
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
- Switchboard call handling via Microsoft Teams
- Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email
- Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests in a timely manner
- Meeting room set up and hospitality – including setting up hybrid meetings, liaising with the AV & Facilities teams where necessary
- Client orientated mind to anticipate needs of visitors to the firm
- Assist with training and induction of new staff
- Organising and assisting with hospitality and events including organisation of audio-visual systems and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise
- Invoice processing for the team
Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience within a front of house role in a legal (preferred) or professional services environment
- Previous experience of event organisation is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online room booking systems
- Proactive approach
- Excellent telephone manner, communication & organisational skills
