International Payroll Manager
AtechnicallystrongandexperiencedGlobalPayrollManagerissoughttoleadpayrolloperationsforaninternationalorganisationwithemployeesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.Thisisahands-onleadershiprole,managingasmallinternationalpayrollteamandworkingcloselywithfinance,HR,andexternalproviderstoensureaccurate,compliant,andefficientpayrolldeliveryworldwide.
KeyResponsibilities
- Overseeaccurateandtimelyend-to-endpayrollprocessingacrossallgloballocations
- Managepayroll-relatedbenefits,includingpensions,healthcare,andstatutorypayments
- Serveastheprimarycontactforpayrollqueriesacrossthebusiness
- Ensurecompliancewithlocaltaxlaws,regulations,andstatutoryrequirementsineachjurisdiction
- Maintainrobustinternalcontrols,records,andauditreadiness
- Leadpayroll-relatedprojects,includingnewsystemimplementationsandprocessimprovements
- Reviewpayrolljournals,reconcilerelatedaccounts,andsupportbudgetingandforecastingprocesses
- Partnerwiththird-partypayrollprovidersandEmployerofRecordpartnerstoensureservicequality
KeyRequirements
- Provenexperienceinapayrollmanagementrolewithinamulti-country,multi-currencyenvironment
- Strongknowledgeofpayrollprocesses,taxregulations,pensions,andstatutoryrequirements
- Skilledinpayrollcomplianceandauditpreparation
- Comfortablemanagingasmallteaminafast-paced,deadline-drivenenvironment
- StrongExcelskills(pivottables,linking,dataanalysis)andfamiliaritywithpayrollsoftware
- Payrollqualifications(e.g.,CIPP)highlydesirable
- Experienceinthenot-for-profitorprofessionalservicessectorisanadvantage
