Senior FP&A Manager - Modelling

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and collaborative Senior FP&A Manager to shape financial strategy and performance across Civica’s global business. Supporting senior leaders and reporting to the FP&A Director, you will play a central role in strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping to translate data into insights and enable confident decision-making.
If you enjoy making sense of complex data, building models that bring clarity, and working closely with stakeholders to understand what drives results, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand key financial and operational drivers across Divisional and Functional teams
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Lead the monthly forecasting process, including scenario modelling for renewals, upsell, cross-sell and churn
- Prepare materials for the Board and Executive team on budget, forecast, and business performance
- Evaluate forecasts and highlight key risks and opportunities through scenario planning and predictive modelling
- Provide visual dashboards and commentary that clearly communicate business performance and insights
Requirements
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills, including experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, bookings vs billings)
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to understand and explain business performance
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to visualise and present complex information clearly
- Experience using planning systems such as Workday Adaptive, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and a curious mindset that seeks to understand and improve
