Event Manager

You will take centre stage in delivering high-impact events across EMEA. This global association represents a diverse membership of over 850 institutions, including leading international banks, asset managers, law firms, and technology providers. They are looking for an experienced Event Manager to support a significant expansion of their events programme this year. The role will see you:

✅ Deliver high profile corporate events from conception to completion (including conferences with significant exhibitor/sponsor elements, sponsorship activations receptions, 1:1 meeting coordination)

✅ Oversee event logistics including venue/supplier management

✅ Manage exhibitor and sponsor requirements/deliverables

✅ Coordinate sponsorship activations/exhibition stand builds

✅ Manage registrations via the CRM (Dynamics) and CrowdComms

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and strategic goals are being met

What about you? You will have circa 5 years + end to end event delivery experience and the deal breaker here is the exhibitor piece, experience in managing exhibitor deliverables is key. The great part is our client is flexible on the type of events environment you are from. They will consider agency, inhouse and association background as long as you have strong experience in managing corporate clients/events and can tick the exhibitor/sponsor management box.
