Location: Westminster, Central London (Excellent links via District, Circle, and Jubilee lines)
Curriculum: Physics at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level); General Science at Key Stage 3.
Salary: Inner London Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS), reflecting the highest pay scales in the UK.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking Science faculty where Physics is a highly popular subject at A-Level. You will have access to state-of-the-art laboratories and a generous array of practical equipment, supported by a team of expert technicians.
Your role will involve developing and delivering a rigorous curriculum that challenges students to apply mathematical logic to physical phenomena. From quantum mechanics and astrophysics at A-Level to the fundamentals of energy and forces at KS3, you will be instrumental in maintaining the school’s record of academic excellence and high Progress 8 scores.

We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A strong academic background with a degree in Physics or a closely related Engineering/Science field.
A proven track record of delivering Outstanding lessons, particularly at the A-Level stage.
The ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and to lead high-level practical investigations.
A commitment to STEM enrichment , such as robotics clubs, lectures, or university preparation workshops.
A collaborative professional who enjoys working within a large, diverse team of Science specialists.
