The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our clients Activation team at VML. The team comprises of client engagement from Account Executive level to Managing Partner level as well as project management, overseen by the Programme Director.
The role will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (with a focus on but not limited to social and digital) across our clients portfolio, services and markets. You will play a central role in coordinating people, processes and workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within scope and governance processes and to a high standard.
Working across a pan-European stakeholder group, you will help drive operational excellence, collaboration and delivery consistency across campaign development, production and activation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports and action trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies and delivery milestones, proactively resolving issues where possible.
- Support campaign production, localisation and rollout across European markets.
- Manage project finances, reporting, approvals and governance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and delivery efficiency including embracing tech tools and AI.
Skills required
- Experience managing integrated marketing, content or campaign projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and project documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
