This role is ideal for those with a strong foundation in software sector recruitment, eager to drive growth within strategic and consulting initiatives. We are looking for individuals who excel in both permanent and contract tech recruitment and are committed to delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates across the UK and DACH region.

Core Responsibilities – Software & Tech Consulting Recruitment

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions at Scon, PCon, and Partner levels.
• Build and maintain a network of technology professionals, fostering long-term relationships.
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Identify, engage, and present top senior and specialist candidates in software and consulting.
• Collaborate on business development activities, supporting the wider consulting and strategy teams.

Essential Experience – AP/P level, Software Sector & Public Sector

• Demonstrable expertise in technology recruitment, especially within the software industry.
• Proven experience placing candidates in senior technology or consulting roles.
• Experience in public sector technology or tech consulting is welcome, though not essential.
• Strong background in either contract or permanent tech recruitment will be valued.

• Outstanding relationship management, client advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Skilled at adapting to varied environments across multiple geographies (London, Birmingham, Berlin, Munich).

Location and Flexible Working in Tech & Software Recruitment

• Position based in London or Birmingham, with hybrid working arrangements.
• Experienced candidates may also be considered for roles in Munich or Berlin.
