Senior Tax Manager - Credit Funds
A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its expanding Credit Fund practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions across the global private credit market, advising a broad range of financial investors throughout the full investment lifecycle.
The Role
* Lead teams delivering commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced international deals environment
* Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
* Identify opportunities to add value for new and existing clients
* Draw on internal specialist knowledge to provide integrated tax and non-tax advice
* Oversee project delivery and financial performance
* Contribute to the strategic growth of the Credit and wider Deals Tax team
* Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
* Extensive experience leading tax work on transactions, including due diligence, structuring and modelling
* Strong technical expertise in indirect tax, transfer pricing, management taxes and international tax
* Proven ability to build strong internal and external networks, both in the UK and internationally
