We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Coach to support, develop, and drive performance across our Field Sales team. You’ll act as a regional mentor and hands-on sales coach, ensuring high standards of performance, consistent onboarding, and ongoing training across your territory.
This is a key role in developing our people and enabling consistent commercial success in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to Field Sales Executives across your region.
- Lead on-the-job training and shadowing sessions, including joint field visits and live demonstrations.
- Monitor and assess individual sales performance, offering constructive feedback and action plans.
- Embed best practice sales methodology aligned to DNA Payments’ value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Support onboarding of new starters to ensure early engagement and competence.
- Identify performance gaps and provide tailored coaching to address development needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Learning & Development to support career progression and training pathways.
- Analyse KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior management on team capability and progress.
- Act as a champion of culture, values, and compliance within your region.
About You:
- Proven experience in a sales coaching, training, or field management role — ideally within payments, financial services, or SaaS.
- Excellent communicator and motivator with strong interpersonal skills
- Commercially savvy and able to translate sales metrics into actionable coaching strategies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Comfortable with travel and field-based work across your designated region.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-led sales approaches.
- Passionate about people development and performance improvement.
