Client Success Manager

Gallagher
St John's, Greater London

Introduction

At the organization we help clients face risk with confidence because we believe that when businesses are protected, they’re free to grow, lead, and innovate. You’ll be backed by a digital ecosystem – a client‑centric suite of consulting tools that makes it easier to meet clients where they want to be met – and advanced data and analytics that put a comprehensive view of the risk landscape at your fingertips. Here, you’re not just improving clients’ risk profiles, you’re building trust.

Our culture is grounded in teamwork, guided by integrity, and fueled by a shared commitment to do the right thing. We value curiosity, celebrate new ideas, and empower you to own your career while making a meaningful impact for the businesses we serve. If you’re ready to bring your unique perspective to a place where your work truly matters, think of us.

Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Marketing Studio team. In this role you will be the bridge between internal marketing clients and the creative team, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence. You will help provide tailored and innovative solutions that enable businesses to thrive and communities to prosper.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the primary contact for internal marketing clients, translating their needs into creative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Lead marketing requests—from multi‑touch campaigns to large‑scale events—overseeing the entire process, from brief analysis to deadline management and seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Creative Resource Manager to balance client expectations with the capacity of the Marketing Studio team.
  • Foster open communication, capture feedback, and create a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Advocate for both clients and the creative team by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of each business unit.

About You

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing or agency environment, preferably within insurance or professional services.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear terms, both in meetings and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project‑management tools.
  • Flexible approach to change and a constant drive for improvement.
  • Talent for identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for exceptional client service.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a range of core benefits that may increase with seniority:

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • Defined‑contribution pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Life insurance covering 4× your basic annual salary (option to increase to 10×).
  • Income protection covering up to 50% of your annual income (with top‑up options).
  • Health cash plan or private medical insurance.

Additional perks include:

  • Three fully paid volunteering days per year.
  • Employee Stock Purchase and Share Incentive plans.
  • Critical illness cover.
  • Discounted gym membership (access to over 3,000 gyms nationwide).
  • Season‑ticket loan.
  • Discounted voucher portal for everyday shopping.
  • Emergency back‑up family care.
  • And many more…

Inclusion & Diversity

Inclusion and diversity are core to our business. We embrace the varied identities, experiences, and talents of our employees, believing that a diverse workforce enables us to serve our clients and communities better. We are committed to creating an accessible recruitment process and providing reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities.

We are a Living Wage employer and uphold equal‑employment‑opportunity principles, prohibiting discrimination on any protected characteristic. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities, unless an undue hardship would result.

Working Conditions & Growth Opportunities

The role is based in the United Kingdom, offering a collaborative office environment with flexible working arrangements where possible. You will have access to continuous learning resources, mentorship from senior marketing leaders, and clear pathways for career progression within the Marketing Studio and broader organization.
