Core Responsibilities – Procurement Recruitment & Public Sector Talent Solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for public sector procurement roles, from initial brief to successful placement.
- Build and nurture networks of procurement professionals across local and central government, healthcare, education, and not-for-profit organisations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with public sector clients, fully understanding their specific hiring needs and organisational objectives.
- Provide consultative guidance and market insights to clients and candidates, ensuring an expert, value-added experience throughout the process.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting wider public sector recruitment projects.
Professional Experience – Public Sector Recruitment & Procurement Expertise
- Strong background in recruitment, ideally specialising in procurement or supply chain, with experience supporting public sector clients.
- Demonstrated experience placing specialists or senior professionals in procurement roles within local government, central government, NHS, or wider public sector organisations.
- Ability to manage both contract and permanent recruitment campaigns effectively.
- Understanding of public sector frameworks, compliance requirements, and procurement processes is beneficial.
Key Skills – Relationship Management, Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of advising decision-makers at all levels.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and presenting solutions aligned to public sector objectives.
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine drive to deliver outstanding outcomes.
