We are looking for a part time Accounts Payable Administrator in our Finance team.

The role sits within our Group Finance team which is a pivotal role to support multiple Finance controls across the business.

The role

• Receive & record invoices from suppliers

• Monitor accounts email address & reply to ad-hoc queries from business/external stakeholders

• Support ongoing process improvement/automation

• Oversee small volume of Accounts Receivable invoicing monthly

• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

• Manage weekly payruns

• Management & processing of company credit cards, travel & expenses platforms

• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

What we’re looking for

• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable Administrator role

• A strong sense of what makes the Accounts Payable function operate effectively

• Pride in taking ownership of processes and seeking improvements

• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Personable attitude happy to liaise with internal/external stakeholders at all levels

• Exceptional organisational skills.

• Ability to adapt to change in business and modify processes accordingly
