Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage BIM processes to promote collaboration and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate BIM methodologies into the design process.
  • Provide training and support for team members on BIM software and best practices.
  • Review and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Participate in design meetings and contribute to cohesive project solutions.
  • Facilitate the use of BIM for project visualization, simulation, and analysis.
  • Continue to innovate and implement improvements in BIM practices within the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as design software
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in work.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BIM coordination role within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and specifications related to interior design.
