Duties & Responsibilities of a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie

• Prepares and presents high-quality pastries and desserts in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
• Assists the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory checks.
• Maintains strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the pastry section.
• Supports junior staff and collaborates with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

About you

You have experience preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods. You work efficiently under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and support the pastry team in delivering high-quality products. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
