SENIOR EPM CONSULTANT - ANAPLAN

As a Senior EPM Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with fellow Keyrus Consultants and leverage your deep expertise in Anaplan to design, implement and optimise sophisticated enterprise planning models and solutions. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment for professionals passionate about solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities
Conduct user requirements analysis and facilitate business process design and modelling workshops with client subject matter experts
Identify gaps, issues and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team
Translate business processes and requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and system configurations to support the client’s target operating model
Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Maintain strong client focus and demonstrate ownership to drive alignment and project-related decision-making
Deliver training and ongoing support to end users, enabling effective use of Anaplan for planning and decision-making
Produce comprehensive documentation covering Anaplan models and configurations to support knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams
Deliver demonstrations to a wide range of audiences, from executive leadership to operational users
Stay up to date with Anaplan platform developments, best practices and emerging trends in business planning, providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with managerial, technical and business stakeholders
Understand and manage priorities, scope, timelines, objectives and key milestones
Required Skills and Experience
Background in business, finance, multi-dimensional modelling, data analytics, business intelligence or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience with Anaplan, including model design, implementation and optimisation
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience delivering Performance Management solutions using Anaplan
Solid technical knowledge of software implementations, including data mapping, validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing and integration testing
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
Prior experience working within project teams using structured methodologies for requirements gathering, process design, data migration and system integration
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management & Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and client needs
Fluency in English
Desirable Skills and Experience
Willingness to work in an international environment and as part of distributed project teams
Ability to work independently, manage smaller engagements or lead components of larger programmes
Experience supporting business development activities, including delivering demonstrations to prospective clients
Experience implementing Performance Management solutions using technologies such as IBM TM1/PA, Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board or OneStream
Prior experience within finance, sales or operations functions
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks, including Agile methodologies
Exposure to consolidation and financial reporting, sales performance management, supply chain, management reporting or enterprise operational planning
Experience with leading ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Working knowledge of relational database management systems, including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, PartiQL (AWS) or SAS
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
