HR Administrator – Support Staff Recruitment and Statutory Compliance – Ealing

A well-organized academy in Ealing is seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support for staff recruitment and statutory compliance from January 2026.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a school or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, DBS checks).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and employment legislation.
