Role Overview - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support children's learning and development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in helping children build confidence and develop essential skills within this Havering setting.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Deliver engaging support as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through play and structured activities
Support children's development across EYFS areas
Maintain a safe and positive environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Observe and record children's progress
Work collaboratively with staff and parents

Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
Previous experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Strong understanding of early childhood development and EYFS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and caring approach as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
