You’ll keep things running smoothly by making sure the finance function stays accurate, efficient and useful. That means helping managers make better decisions by providing clear, reliable numbers and helping to improve processes across the board. You’ll also get stuck into:

• Working with local accountants across different countries and helping with BvA reporting
• Checking VAT compliance in each jurisdiction
• Helping to build annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Supporting short-term cash flow reporting at asset, SPV and country levels
• Approving payments for local SPVs
• Assisting with group reporting and loan compliance
• Preparing investor reports

• Qualified accountant with around 1-3 years PQE
• Real estate sector experience, ideally covering multiple European countries
• Ambitious, commercially minded and curious, with strong communication skills
• Desire to work in a more entrepreneurial setting where you can make a real impact
