Every day is exciting as a Commis Chef. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Get hands-on with food prep—help prepare the dishes that make us shine, from chopping and cooking to plating.
- Take the lead on making fresh sandwiches and vibrant salads—balanced, beautiful, and made with care.
- Keep your section clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Support the Head Chef and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.
- Stick to cleaning schedules and maintain top-notch hygiene and food safety at all times.
- Learn the ins and outs of our menu, so you can help deliver every dish with pride.
- Treat our kitchen tools and equipment with respect—they work hard, just like we do!

- Loves food and is eager to grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Brings energy, focus, and a positive attitude to every shift.
- Has a keen eye for presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.
