🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Night Receptionist. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and providing information and assistance. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a high level of personalized service
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Manage guest reservations and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, following established procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reports.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor to support the overall functioning of the front desk and hotel operations

• Gross salary: £29'017
• Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
