Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,370 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with the potential to earn up to £57,000 through on-target earnings.

Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM , plus a commitment of 1 in 4 Saturdays .

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they may be. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one with:

Key Qualities:

• You enjoy variety in your work—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.

• You think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.

\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n\n

\n
• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
\n
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
\n
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
\n
