You would be joining a successful Humanities department where History is a popular subject and students enjoy exploring a broad curriculum that develops critical thinking, analytical skills and a genuine appreciation of the past. The department has an excellent track record of GCSE and A-Level success and encourages students to engage with historical enquiry through stimulating lessons and enrichment opportunities.

The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level History. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who share resources, collaborate on curriculum planning and are committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons.
