EA to CEO - Leading Membership Organisation

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established membership organisation based in Tower Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting a busy CEO while playing a key role across the wider organisation. As the CEO's trusted right hand, you will provide high-level executive support, manage competing priorities with ease and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.

This is a varied Executive Assistant position that extends beyond traditional diary and travel management. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for a range of HR, Health & Safety and operational duties, making this an ideal opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys a hands-on role with broad business exposure. We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and proactive, with previous experience supporting operational functions and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This Executive Assistant role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in the Tower Hill office, depending on business needs, so flexibility around office attendance is essential.
